If you're visiting Vegas, it's worth putting Esther's at the top of your list. * Service 5/5 * Fresh Sourdough 5/5 * Anchovy butter 4/5 (I preferred the plain olive oil butter) * Tuscan Black Kale Salad 4/5 * Spaghetti Pomodoro 5/5 (we added the beef and pork meatballs) * Radiatore A Limone 7/5 (added chicken) * Gaspari cocktail 5/5 (basically a Paper Plane) * Ambience 4/5 (a little noisy) I love the fact that the food is prepared fresh to order. The spirit list is impressive. I will return every single time we come to Vegas because nothing at home comes close to Esther's.

Hip energy and great service from the host stand to the bar team of Carmen and Rocco. The food was very good. I was looking to eat light (meaning = avoid pasta) and stuck to a Caesar and the appetizer meatball dish. The Caesar was fantastic with more of a paste style dressing (the real deal). The meatballs were worthy and filling. My drink for the eve was the Berrie Manhattan. I love my usual Manhattan, so why not add berries to it! The one start ding comes from more than five observations of the runner seeking to drop off other diner's food in front of me, or my seat neighbors. Also assuming my neighbor was sharing my order (placing it between us). Lack of accuracy in food delivery is not cool. If you mistakenly place my plate in front of another diner and try to re-serve the me the same dish... Hello health department.

Yes another great meal at Esther's. Pedro did a great job of bring many different flavors to the table. As always the sourdough bread is a must as is their ceaser salad. We got about 5-6 dishes which was shared. I love their spaghetti, cauliflower and their unique pasta dishes. The steak though is excellent and feeds 3 people. Try Mary's chicken and their fresh fish. The desserts are great especially the chocolate cake and butterscotch dessert. Make reservations a month out or you can forget eating here. Also great vibe in the restaurant. Be back next month!

13 summers strong, bff and I trying new meals never gets old. Esther's has been on my radar for the Vegas area for awhile now and we've never eaten here. Finally! An opportunity presented itself when we decided as cool as doing a buffet seemed we just couldn't really stomach it and it'd be a waste of money. It was technically "brunch" time so we opted to give Esther's a shot. The sourdough is killer! I'll admit, I don't have a sourdough starter in my fridge. I had one, and I didn't feed it correctly so sourdough is something I don't do at home. What a treat when someone else does. Esther's is a must! We had the burrata and "good" butter along side. Scrumptious! I ordered the Zucca alla Zozzona for a couple of reasons, it's filled with sausage, guanciale + egg yolk and pecorino (a few of my fav things) but mainly because this is a pasta shape I don't come across often, handmade to boot. Trader Joes does sell it on occasion, typically in the Fall but I wanted to have it freshly made. Esther's was perfectly al dente and very flavorful. This dish did not disappoint. It was massive, so half came home for lunch a couple days later and still tasted great. Bestie ordered the Roast Porchetta sandwich. I'm not big into sharing and didn't want any bit of his, but did let him have a couple bites of mine to be polite. He had to take half of his home as well. I really liked Esther's! Everything we ordered was tasty and I can definitely see why dinner books up quickly. I feel like this place is the type to have a really high vibe energetic, buzzing dining room in the evening. Next time, I'll have to try them for supper. The cocktails also looked awesome, and while I'm all for day drinking I skipped an adult bevvie with our 11a lunch. Service was prompt and friendly. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for something yummy off the strip. We snagged metered street parking around the corner at a coffee shop I like to frequent when in town.
